Review criteria for earning credits

Find dates and times of College Fairs/Meet with College Representatives

Do a Google search to determine education requirements for (specific desired job)

Make an appointment to talk to Voc Rehab specialist, to talk about supports available to help the student to get a college education.

EMPLOYMENT

 Job Shadowing/Work experience

*Practice Job interview / application

Complete a resume 

Make an appointment to talk to Voc Rehab specialist, to talk about job training opportunities.

11th & 12th Grade TRANSITION ACTIVITIES

POST SECONDARY

Consult with guidance to review academic progress and credit status (within the first quarter)

Ask teachers for needed accommodations, allowed in student’s IEP

Make an appointment to talk to Voc Rehab specialist, to talk about job training opportunities / college education

Pass Personal Finance /Consumer Math Class

Make an appointment to talk to Voc Rehab specialist, to talk about job training opportunities.

Complete job application

Gather information for a Medicaid waiver

Make 5 lunches independently, during Home Ec classes, using  picture recipes.

Use public transportation at least 3 times to get from the school to the grocery store.

Take test for driver’s license.
